These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AsliAam website and any pre-booking or purchase you make with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

"AsliAam", "we", "us" refers to the operator of this website and the sale of seasonal farm-direct produce as described on the site. Product availability and pricing are subject to harvest and seasonality.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law and provide accurate name, contact, and delivery details. You are responsible for the information you submit at checkout.

3. Pre-booking & token amount

Where we offer pre-booking, a token amount (for example ₹99) may be charged to reserve your place in the harvest queue. The token is applied toward your final bill unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Final amounts, box sizes, and taxes (if any) are shown before you confirm payment of the balance.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through our payment partners (e.g. Cashfree). You agree to their terms when you pay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping & delivery

We aim to deliver to the metros and regions we advertise on the site. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or harvest readiness. Risk of loss passes as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Product nature

Fresh fruit is a natural product. Minor variation in size, colour, or ripening stage may occur. We do not warrant that every fruit will be identical; we strive for quality consistent with the product description on the site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delay/non-delivery except where such exclusion is not allowed. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
